don't miss the chance to taste food at los caracoles, set near the accommodation. 15 minutes' walk to las ramblas. the apartment was a short way from placa catalunya bus stop. a free wi-fi throughout the property.

La fonda was just a walk down to the apartment, so we could reach it fast. Gothic quarter is just nearby

This place is in a great location, very close to a fantastic restaurant called les quinze nits, where you're guaranteed to have an amazing time.

Uplifting was the moment when we finally leave this dirty hotel lottery after 1 terrible night!!!

The bed smelled of piss and the whole apartment, 3 bed 2 was not in a usable condition, torn bed-frame, the sofa did not work, unheated, cold, damp, musty air of the apartment. Machines are useless in the kitchen: coffee maker, toaster, light etc. The wifi did not work. Accommodation for 3-4 people includes a mini-lift, into which max. 2 persons can be accommodated (without package) All the flat is unsuitable for human !!!!! After one night we escaped!

The noise on the streets at night is very high, the balcony living room doors can not be closed properly. The shower must be very short in order for all the three pax to have warm watter.

The location was very convenient

This Aparment is not on Place Real, it's about 30 metres down one of the side alleys leading onto the Placa. It gets very noisy even with the windows closed, so if you are a light sleeper this place is definitely not for you( I'm not a light sleeper and had some problems, usually much later when there is drunk screaming late at night/early hours of the mroning down the alley way, ear plugs worked after 2 days there though). Nice apartment though, the one I was in looked like the picture on the internet, except alot darker, no sun beaming in the windows here. So overall, clean very convenient, the check in was not difficult as some previous reviews stated( just get the numbers earlier on the day!!). Noise and a bit dark for me would be the downfall...

Bad place - all the time very noisy, mainly all the night. Very noisy people on street, banging, cry, drunk people, noise from cleaning street on morning. Most of the time I was out of apartment, also night, but if I wanted to relax and sleep it was not possibly anytime. Shower in bathroom was horrible. It was broken and I didnt have time to wash completely my hair, because after few minutes is warm water spent and only few drops of cold water. Flushing of the toilet also broken. Bad tv.

It was in a good location.

The hotel was down a dark alley, the front door was covered in graffiti, there was no staff present, the stairwells were dark, dirty and very narrow. The apartment was very dark, old and it felt very unsafe. The fold out sofa-bed was not suitable for use, the bathroom was dirty and smelly. There was also a few pages of terms and conditions that were not mentioned beforehand that we were told we had to agree to otherwise we would be locked out of the apartment. These terms made us lose complete trust and faith in the staff so we had no choice but to leave and find other accommodation and forfeit the money we had already paid for our stay there.

The apartments are very close to a busy part of town and thus very noisy both inside and outside the apartments. Windows were very narrow so did not let a lot of light in, and even though it was warm outside the apartment was cold even if we had the heat on.

Location, Clean.

We had trouble getting into the apartment late at night on arrival. Our keys where placed in the wrong saftey box and we could not cntact any staff. It took an hour of trying before we attempted the code in another security box. The apartment was very cold and we requested a heater as the heating was not working. We eventually received a heater after 7 nights. We were warm for our final night. It was also agreed that are bedding and towels would be changed after the forth night, this didn't happen and we had to contact them to get it done. There is only enough hot water for about 7mins of shower and it is very loud outside.

there is no staff to welcome you when you arrive you have to call them have some passwords etc..the first impression about the hotel is really bad.according to not have a staff waiting for you ın the hotel ı cant talk about hospitality!!! the room extremely cold eventhough you turn on the a/c ıt ıs not working properly.the place where is the hotel located specially in the weekend so noisy because a lots of bars around the hotel and all drunk people makes noise till morning.I wont reccomend anyone who wants to stay here for short perıod it is absolutely wasting your money and hotel !

Near the center.

Quite noisy at night. But its very convenient near the metro stop. The only one thing I dont like is. When I arrived it was sooooo difficult to contact the owner. Needed to phone his cellphone, didnt know how to use public phone box, and spend lots time and money to contact him and get lots codes to enter.

It was freezing cold in the appartments.
